(MOAMC) is a public limited company constituted under the Companies Act, 1956 on November 14, 2008, having its Registered Office at 10th Floor, Motilal Oswal Tower, Rahimtullah Sayani Road, Opposite Parel ST Depot, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025. Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Ltd. has been entrusted as the Investment Manager to Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund by the Trustee vide Investment Management Agreement (IMA) dated May 21, 2009, enacted between Motilal Oswal Trustee Company Ltd. and Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Ltd.

The registration of AMC with SEBI comes under SEBI(Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 1993 as Portfolio Manager vide Registration No. INP000000670. There is no conflict of interest persisting between the management of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund and the activity of Portfolio Management Services. Apart from undertaking any other business activities relating to offshore of funds subject to approval by Trustees are not in the conflict of interest with the activities of the mutual fund. 1. Open Ended Equity Funds

These funds are available for subscription in equity and equity related instruments of companies on a continuous basis. The subscription and repurchase is opened on a daily basis where investors can buy and sell units at Net Asset Value(NAV) related prices which are declared on a daily basis. The main aim of open-ended equity funds is to foster liquidity.

MOSt Focused Dynamic Equity

This scheme aims to foster long-term capital growth by investing in equity and equity related instruments which include equity derivatives as well as debt instruments.

MOSt Focused 25

This scheme aims to achieve long term capital growth by investing in upto 25 companies with long term sustainable competitive advantage and having the potential for growth.

MOSt Focused Midcap 30

This scheme aims to achieve long term capital growth by investing in a maximum of 30 quality mid-cap companies which already possess long-term competitive advantages and growth capability.

MOSt Focused Multicap 35

This scheme seeks to foster long term capital growth by primarily investing in a maximum of 35 equity & equity related securities across sectors and market capitalization levels.

MOSt Focused Long Term (ELSS)

This scheme aims to derive long-term capital growth from a diversified portfolio which primarily consists of equity and equity related instruments. This scheme also provides an added advantage of tax savings under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

2. Debt Fund

Debt funds seeks to give regular and consistent income to investors. These funds normally invest in fixed income securities like government securities(gilts), treasury bills, bonds, corporate debentures, money market instruments etc. MOSt Ultra Short Term Bond Fund comes under this category.

MOSt Ultra Short Term Bond

This scheme aims to generate optimal regular returns with moderate levels of risk and liquidity by investing in debt instruments and money market securities.
