SBI Varisth Nagrik Pension Loan

  • All central and state government pensioners and pensioners whose pension are maintained at the SBI branches are eligible for the loan.
  • Family pensioners such as spouse authorized to receive a pension after the death of the pensioner.
  • Interest rate of 9.95% per annum on the loan amount for SBBJ pensioners and 12.70% for Other Pensioners

  • Loan tenure for the SBBJ pension loan ranges from 24-60 Months
  • ₹500/- per application fee is applicable to the loan

Two Wheeler Loan

  • Any individual with a minimum monthly income of ₹5,000 is eligible for the loan
  • Minimum 12 times of your net income or maximum ₹75,000 of the loan amount is valid
  • The loan payment duration is up to 5 years and you can pay the loan amount in EMIs
  • 1.15% of the loan amount is charged in advance as a processing fee for the sanctioned loan.

Education Loan

  • The student should be an Indian resident and must secure admission to a higher education course in India or abroad via Entrance or Merit-Based Selection.
  • The maximum loan amount is ₹10 Lakh for education in India and ₹20 Lakh for Abroad studies
  • Course period + 1year or 6 months after getting a job, whichever is earlier.
  • Repayment of the loan will be in equated monthly installments (EMI) for up to 10 years if the loan is up to ₹7.5  and 15 years for above ₹7.5
  • And zero processing fee is charged for the loan amount.

Mortgage Loans
