Overview: 

We are looking at onboarding HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) with the primary responsibility of attracting, onboarding & engaging talent across the organization.

Key Responsiblities: 

• To attract quality talent as per the manpower planning & talent sourcing strategy within desired time by ensuring impeccable stakeholder and candidate experience
• Liaison with Business Managers regularly to understand the specific hiring needs of respective businesses and meeting the requirements
• Managing campus hiring, walk in drives and arranging interviews, salary negotiations and offer release
• Preparing weekly/monthly hiring dashboards for the leadership team
• Onboarding of new hires & handling other special projects as per the business need

Requirements:

• Full time MBA in HR
• Exposure of BPO/Bulk hiring is must
• Excellent communication skills and multiple stakeholder management skills
• Good in Excel
• Can work in a startup and high performing environment
