Grievance Redressal Details

If you are not satisfied with the services provided when you go through the above channels, then you can go in for grievance redressal. HDFC has a robust 4 tier grievance redressal system. It is as follows:

Level 1

At level 1, you can contact the bank through the following channels

If going through the above channels does not give you the required solution to your grievance or answer to your query within 10 working days, then you can escalate the issue further to the grievance redressal officer (GRO). You can do so in the following ways:
