Branch Head - Level 1

The complaints received by the respective branches are uploaded in the CSRTS portal. The customer care department incharge must fetch the grievances from the respective branch and try to resolve the concerns. Customer Service, CHQ - Level 3
If customers do not get a satisfactory response from the zonal or nodal officers, then, they can further escalate the issue to the customer service or the CHQ through the CSRTS. They can also voice out their complaint through the grievance redressal portal on the website of the bank. This will reach the related department at the corporate headquarters for resolution. The turnaround time given to the CHQ for resolution is 5 working days. Customers will get the unique ID number and acknowledgement number for future reference.
Internal Ombudsman - Level 4
If the zonal heads or nodal officers do not give a satisfactory answer to your complaints or queries, then you can contact the internal ombudsman of the bank. The internal ombudsman will be working on grievances already analyzed yet completely unresolved or just partially resolved by the internal grievance mechanism of the bank. Jammu and Kashmir Bank has an automatic escalation system for such grievances set up via the complaint management software (CSRTS). The complaints will be escalated to the internal ombudsman of the bank within 2 weeks of registering the complaint if it is not populated as closed.
