Grievance Redressal Details

Karnataka Bank has a box to pool in complaints or suggestions. Customers can drop their grievances into this and get an acceptance for their complaint. They can also complain online through the grievance redressal portal. The turnaround time given to the branch to rectify the complaints is 7 days from the date of lodging the grievance. Any complaint registered at the head office must be resolved within 30 days of receiving it. If the registered complaint is not rectified properly, then the customer can approach the internal ombudsman. The customer can escalate the issue to the banking ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India or take legal action if not happy with the response given by the bank after 1 month of complaint receipt.
