SBI Customer Care Grievance Redressal

If the complaint is not resolved within the next 5 days by the local head offices, then it can be further escalated to the corporate center. The complaint will have to be resolved by the grievance redressal cell within a period of 3 weeks or 21 days. Finally, if the grievance is not resolved after 30 days of registration, the customer can escalate it to the banking ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
