SBI Customer Care Grievance Redressal
If you have already registered a complaint through any of the channels mentioned above, and the customer care team of SBI does not give you a proper solution, then you can raise it for grievance redressal . The escalation matrix of SBI grievance redressal is as follows:

If the complaint is not resolved within the next 5 days by the local head offices, then it can be further escalated to the corporate center. The complaint will have to be resolved by the grievance redressal cell within a period of 3 weeks or 21 days. Finally, if the grievance is not resolved after 30 days of registration, the customer can escalate it to the banking ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
