• Bank Statement for at least last 6 months
• Photographs

Documents required for Private Limited Companies

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Letter of Authority or the Board Resolution
• Memorandum & Articles of Association
• Certificate of Commencement of Business (Public Limited Company)
• Form 32, where list of directors are not original subscribers to Memorandum & Articles of Association (for Private Limited Companies), duly acknowledged by ROC
• Governing Act / Rules and Regulations ( for PSUs) (certified true copy)

Documents required for Partnership Firms

• Partnership Deed
• Letter from partners approving the person concerned to open and operate the account
• Photographs of the person operating the account

Documents required for Trusts

• Copy of the Trust Deed
• Copy of the Registration Certificate
• Copy of the resolution of trustee authorizing the member to operate and open the accounts
• Photographs of the member operating the account

By-laws of the Association
