Generate KVB Debit Card PIN via IVRS
- Dial the IVRS Number - Call KVB’s 24×7 helpline at 1860 258 1916 from your registered mobile number.
- Select Your Preferred Language - Choose your language by pressing the corresponding number:
- Press 1 for English
- Press 2 for Tamil
- Press 3 for Hindi
- Press 4 for Telugu
- Press 5 for Kannada
- Press 6 for Malayalam
- Navigate to Phone Banking - Press 1 for Phone Banking services.
- Enter Customer ID - Input your Customer ID followed by the # key.
- Confirm Debit Card Ownership - Press 1 if you have a Debit Card.
- Enter Debit Card Details - Provide your 16-digit Debit Card number.
- Generate OTP - Press 1 to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
- Enter OTP - After receiving the One-Time Password, provide it in the designated field as instructed.
- Set New TPIN - After OTP verification, enter a new 4-digit Telephonic PIN (TPIN).
- Confirm TPIN - Re-enter the new TPIN to confirm.
Your TPIN is now successfully registered. For future IVRS interactions, you can authenticate using your Customer ID and TPIN.
