Deutsche Bank Home Loan Application Form
You can apply for home loan at Deutsche Bank by submitting the application form online. Also, you can visit the nearest branch to do the same. After the submission, the bank will send an executive to visit the property that you want to buy. The executive, after visiting the property, will make a legal and technical report based on the existing market value of the home. Deutsche Bank will set a valuation amount based on the report. You can expect to get a maximum loan of up to 80% of the property’s valuation amount.
