Indian Overseas Bank Grievance Redressal

If you are not happy with the services offered by the bank, then you can go through the grievance redressal process.

Step 1: Get in touch with the manager of the branch where you have your account. You can make a call over phone or register the complaint in the complaint register held by the branch manager. The turnaround time given to the branch manager to provide a resolution is 7 days.

Step 2: If you are not happy with the solution offered by the branch manager, you can approach the regional manager or send an email. You will get a response within 7 days. Step 3: If the regional manager also does not resolve your complaint successfully, then you can send an email to the general manager, customer service department. The general manager is the nodal officer, public grievances at the Central office. You can expect to get a resolution within 7 days.
