Grievance Redressal Process

Level 1 - Customer Care Team or Branch Manager

When home loan customers are not satisfied with the services of the bank, they can contact the customer service executives in RBL Bank’s branch nearby. Customers can also send a written request to the branch manager. They must furnish all the required details completely and accurately including the names and account numbers. They can also fill out the grievance form on the portal of RBL Bank. Once you register your complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement for the same along with the reference number. The turnaround time for resolution of complaints at level 1 is 10 days.

Level 2 - Regional Nodal Officer

If you are not happy with the response provided at Level 1, then the issue can be further escalated to the regional nodal officer.
