Eligibility criteria for HSBC Bank Home Loan Mumbai

HSBC bank has set up certain norms of eligibility for the interested applicants. Any applicant is supposed to fulfill them if he/she wishes to avail a home loan from the bank.

  • The minimum age of the applicant should be 21. This means he/she should have attained the age of 21 when the loan is applied.
  • The maximum age at the time of maturity for a salaried employee, public limited or government employee and a self-employed individual is 58 years, 60 years and 65 years respectively.
  • The bank has set a minimum annual income requirement for every applicant. In case, the applicant is a salaried employee he/she must an annual income of at least ₹ 5 Lakhs. For self-employed individuals, the requirement is at least ₹ 7.5 Lakhs as annual income

  • Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account

For Consultant / Self-employed Professional
