To register for KVB mobile banking, follow the steps below -
Step 1: Download the KVB DLite App
Visit the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
Search for "KVB DLite" and ensure the developer is Karur Vysya Bank.
Download and install the app.
Make sure your mobile device meets the minimum OS requirements (Android 4.4+ or iOS 8.0+).
Step 2: Begin Registration
Open the KVB DLite app.
Tap Register or New User on the login screen.
Step 3: Choose Registration Type
Select one of the following:
Customer ID (available in passbook, welcome letter, chequebook, or internet banking).
Savings Account Number (found on passbook or account statements).
Step 4: Enter Required Details
Enter:
Registered Mobile Number (the one linked to your bank account).
Debit Card Details:
The last 6 digits of the debit card number.
ATM PIN (4-digit PIN of your debit card).
Debit Card expiry date (MMYY format).
Customer ID or Account Number based on your selection.
Step 5: Verify with OTP
Receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP in the app to verify your mobile number.
Step 6: Set MPIN
Create a 4-digit MPIN (Mobile Banking PIN) for secure app login.
Confirm the MPIN by entering it again.
(Optional) You can later enable Fingerprint Login in User Profile for quick access.
Step 7: Accept Terms and Complete Registration
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Tap Submit to finalize the registration.
Step 8: First Login
Use your Customer ID and newly created MPIN to log in.
You may receive an OTP during first-time login for device verification.
Once logged in, you can:

Option 1: Using the “Forgot MPIN” Option in KVB DLite App
- Open the KVB DLite App on your smartphone.
- On the login screen, tap on "Forgot MPIN".
- Enter required details:
- Registered Mobile Number.
- Customer ID or Account Number.
- Last 6 digits of your Debit Card Number.
- ATM PIN and Card Expiry Date (MMYY).
