Apart from the regular loans and deposit products, fixed deposit is one such popular financial instrument which every Dena bank customer would like to prefer. It is the widely preferred financial instrument which provides higher interest rates as opposed to a regular savings account. The time intervals of the FD of Dena Bank varies from 7 days to 10 years. The returns generated can only be withdrawn by the customer after the expiry of the maturity date. The time interval is a crucial factor which gets considered when the power of compounding principle starts working from the day you put your money in FD. The returns on FD are secured as it is not directly associated with the stock market. The bank gives slightly higher returns to senior citizens on their FD as well. Moreover, the tax liability falls on FD if the returns exceed ₹10,000 in a financial year.
