State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH), which was constituted as Hyderabad State Bank on 1941 under Hyderabad State Bank Act, 1941, became a subsidiary of State Bank of India (SBI) on 1951 and now is the largest associate bank of the same. In all these years from the inception, SBH has now 1800 branches, which span across the country, to its credit.

The bank offers Fixed Deposit Scheme, Platinum Kuber Deposit and Tax Saver Deposit Scheme with different modalities. These schemes are set to secure your future by offering you higher interest rates of up to 8% per annum over a period of 10 years. State Bank of Hyderabad Fixed Deposit Application Form

You can access fixed deposit applicable form by two ways- the website or at the branch of State Bank of Hyderabad. Going with the first option, you need to first click ‘Downloads Centre’ shown at the top of the bank’s official website. After that, you will find a flurry of forms, out of which you should click ‘Account Opening Form for All Type of Deposit Account. Upon clicking, you will see the form flashing before you. All you require is to take a printout of the form, tick term deposit in it and fill other relevant details. The duly filled in form has to be submitted along with necessary documents supporting your identity and residence details. If you are not able to access form online, you can visit the bank branch as stated earlier. Ask for the form and the rest process is same as that of online option.
