• Your registered mobile number receives an OTP
• Allow Idea Mobile to access your name, picture, and DOB from the UIDAI database
• The IVR system reads out the last four digits of your Idea mobile number
• Enter the OTP obtained on your phone
• To complete the re verification procedure, press 1.

Link Aadhaar with Idea Mobile Number Offline

Another method to link your Aadhaar card to your Idea mobile connection is via the offline method. This method is simple and can be carried out easily. All you need to do is just follow the steps given below:

• Visit your local Idea centre
• Provide your Idea mobile number as well as your Aadhaar number
• A 4-digit verification code will be sent to your mobile number
• Provide this code to the Idea shop executive
• Now provide your biometric/fingerprint information
• Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation SMS
• To finish the re verification procedure, respond with 'Y.'

Link Aadhaar with Idea Mobile Number through IVR

Mobile providers also have to give the option of associating Aadhaar to an Idea mobile number through IVR facility. You can link your Aadhaar card with your Idea mobile number within minutes using this facility. The process to link through IVR is as follows:

• Dial "14546" for Idea's toll-free number
• Follow the IVR prompts and pick the Aadhaar verification option
• Double enter your Aadhaar number
• Finally, confirm your response
• Your Aadhaar number will be connected to your own mobile number
• You will receive a confirmation SMS on your Idea mobile number.
