Step 1: Visit the Home Branch of Karnataka Bank (the branch where your account is opened).
Step 2: Collect the ”Consent Letter of Aadhaar Enabling ” from the Counter OR Download the same online.
Step 3: Fill out the form by mentioning your Aadhaar Number, Bank Account Number, Name, Mobile Number, and Email.
Step 4: ”Submit” the above Form along with a ”Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card.’’
Step 5: Bring your ”Original Aadhaar Card” also as Bank Officials can ask for the same.
Note: After the successful submission and complete Verification, you will be notified by an SMS.

Step 1: Dial *99*99*1#, a USSD-based value-added service from your mobile.
Step 2: Enter your Aadhaar Number and confirm the same.
Step 3: Once confirmed, a screen will display the bank account to which your 12-digit Unique Identification Number is linked.
Note: This service can only be used if your mobile number is linked to Aadhaar. This service enables you to check only the most recently linked bank account to your Aadhaar. In case of multiple accounts, check the status of the same with the bank.
