Step 4: ”Enter and confirm your 12 digit Aadhaar Number” (UIDAI) no. in the respective field

You can link your Aadhaar Number with your OBC Account by visiting the bank branch.

Step 1: Visit the Oriental Bank of Commerce Branch
Step 2: Ask for Aadhaar Enrolment Form OR you can download the same online also
Step 3: Fill the Form by mentioning your Aadhaar Number, Account Number, Name, DOB, Gender, Residential Address, etc.
Step 4: Submit the Form along with a Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card

You simply need to visit any OBC ATM at your nearest locality to update/link your 12-digit Aadhaar Number with your respective bank account/s.

Step 1: Swipe your ATM / Debit Card in OBC ATM and Authenticate with PIN
Step 2: On validation of the PIN all main menu are displayed. Select “Other Requests” option and “Aadhaar Number Seeding” option on the ATM Screen
Step 3: The ATM displays a consent as “I authorize Oriental bank of Commerce to get my Aadhaar details from Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI)” with “Yes” and “NO” selection
Step 4: Select “Yes” and enter your 12 digits Aadhaar number. The ATM shall ask to re enter the 12 digits Aadhaar Number
Step 5: On successful acceptance of details by ATM, a message shall be displayed “Your request for seeding Aadhaar Number has been successfully registered”
Step 6 :On successful completion, you will receive an Acknowledgment SLIP for seeding the request

Note: On successful registration of your AADHAAR number, a Linking / Delinking SMS will be sent to your mobile number

How to Check Whether your Aadhaar is Linked to your Oriental Bank of Commerce Account or not?

OBC offers you 2 simplest options to check whether your Aadhaar is linked to your account or not. Follow the steps mentioned below.

Visit UIDAI Portal

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of UIDAI )
Step 2: Click on-’’Check Aadhaar & Bank Account Linking Status” Under ‘’Aadhaar Services’’.
Step 3: This will open another window, where you need to Enter your Aadhaar Number along with the visible Security Code.
Step 4: An ‘’OTP’’ will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number, enter the same and Click on the ‘’Login’’ tab.
Step 5: An authentication screen will appear, where you can find all the details such as your Aadhaar Number, Bank Linking Status, Linking Date and Bank Name.

Dial *99*99*1# Service from your Mobile

Step 1: Dial *99*99*1#, a USSD based value added service from your mobile.
Step 2: Enter your Aadhaar Number and confirm the same.
Step 3: On Confirmation, a screen will appear showing the Aadhaar Number and Bank Account to which your 12-digit Unique Identification Number is linked.

Note: This service can only be used if your mobile number is linked with Aadhaar.
This service allows you to check the last bank account only that has been linked to your Aadhaar.
In case of multiple accounts, check the status of the same with the bank.
