About State Bank of Patiala Kochi
The constitution, scope, and operations of State Bank of Patiala started in the year 1917 by the then Maharaja His Highness Bhupinder Singh, erstwhile Patiala with the name Patiala State Bank. It was named as State Bank of Patiala after becoming the subsidiary of SBI. The bank was incorporated with the focus on nurturing the growth of agriculture, trade, and industry. The bank underwent a sea change when it was brought under the control of the Reserve Bank of India.
