This card is issued instantly at the nearest Mumbai Metro Station and you can use it for different purposes.

How to Apply for this Card?
You can apply for the Axis Bank One Mumbai Smart Card at any Mumbai Metro Stations. You will have to visit the counter and pay the asked fee to get the card. But make sure that your age is 18 years or above and you can own more than one card in your name.
Documents Needed for this Card
You can submit any one document for the KYC updation :-
- Passport
- Driving License
- Voter ID Card
- PAN Card
- Letter issued by National population register containing details of name and address, and Job Card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government.
